I love my pink v3 razr. the verizon wireless service works great in my neighborhood and vicinities. vzw cust care is helpful but could be better. the browser speed on my pick razr is better than some of my friends on other networks. must be verizon wireless service. -- kd, fl

  I was very anxious to get the pink motorola RAZR phone- it's sleek, fun, and pink! After it arrived, I had nothing but connection problems. It dropped 98% of my calls, which my Samsung (with an external antenna) has NEVER done! I called Verizon Customer Service and was told since I live so close to several cell towers, that this was an unusual problem and that it must be the phone I received. I spent four hours between two Verizon stores getting an exchange (new for new) and as soon as I got home, it dropped the first call I made and 25% of the ones I have made/received since. I did grow to really like the RAZR phone itself (features, design, function) over the past few days, but alas it will not work if it drops all of my calls. I'll be returning it to Verizon to get a phone with better reception! -- Tamara
