I got the i275 for my wife about 9 months ago, and it has performed very well. Cons: Camera is not the best, but if you want a digital camera, buy a digital camera. If you want a phone, buy a phone. Pros: Nice sized candy bar phone; Easy to read color display; Excellent call quality; Good speakerphone; Pretty durable - she's dropped it enough to know; Direct Connect feature. Overall, my wife likes this phone. We also think highly of NEXTEL's coverage and customer service. The story of how I got the phone illustrates NEXTEL's reasonable customer service. I ordered the phone, then decided that it was a little pricey, so I took it back to the store from which I ordered it (on the 13th day of the trial period) only to find it closed during its posted hours. I called NEXTEL and told them the situation, that it was Friday, and the store would not be open over the weekend. The helpful rep took the phone number of the store, called, confirmed the hours (which were on the store's answering machine), then came back and apologized and took all the charges for the phone off my account. On top of that, she told me that since there was no way to return the phone to that store until after the 15 days were up to go ahead and keep the phone, since the store could not take it back. I was flabbergasted and impressed at the same time!
