Nokia 6103 Camera Phone (T-Mobile)
Total Reviews: 3 Avg. Rating: 4.7 / 5.0 | Customer Reviews | I've been using the Nokia 6103 phone about a month and am really impressed. It's a small flip phone, very easy to open/shut with one hand, and most importantly, reception is better at work and in my basement apartment than with the Motorola V360 I first bought. The external antenna on the Nokia is a good thing. Ppeakerphone audio quality is good, noise level is high enough. The Nokia 6103 radio reception could be better, but if you really want a radio, get an iPod :-) It is cool to have it to listen to, just remember you need to have the earpiece attached or it won't play (the earpiece or any other attachment acts as the radio antenna).
Menus are pretty easy to navigate, and you can customize your main screen shortcuts. You can also customize your background and ring tones, though the built-in ringtones are *very* few compared to most other phones. T-Mobile is still working on new themes - the phone comes with 3 but I'm a stickler for personalizing phones with backgrounds, patterns, etc. One thing I really like: You can have your screen saver be a slide show of all your images. Very nice :) 26 Jun 2006, 11:41
I am so in love with my new Nokia 6102i. I have had it for a little over two weeks and it is a fabulous phone. Pros- Blueooth, you can send ringtones (that are unlocked) pictures, and almost anything through blue tooth. How the phone is set up is extremly easy and dependable. Changing the size of the text when sending a text message, and it has a message counter so you know how many messages you sent. Great overall quality. Cons-
Not enough memory, I have purchased 2 ringtones and I have three that I have gotten from a friend through bluetooth and taken 1 picture and I only have 1 Mb LEFT. Which stinks! The volume in the speaker is not as loud as my last Kyocera phone. Speaker phone could be a LITTLE louder and it is in a weird place not at the top or bottom, but in the middle when the phone is opened.
All in all I love the 6102i phone - it is a great product of the fabulous NoKiA! -- Kelsey 19 Jun 2006, 01:50
