Heres a real review, this is 2011 and this is an old phone, the only "New" phones ive come across are the "rebuit" ones which are really bad, something about them is always a problem, some of them cant even reset properly and your stuck with other peoples data, others have problems picking up your voice during a conversation, these phones are worth nothing and should sell for practically nothing as well. if your locked into an ancient system like me, good luck, if not, upgrade now, the new phones are cheaper than this crap.

  I purchased this device last month after several months of debating whether or not I really wanted to make this much of an investment for a "phone". I've owned a Palm device before (an m105) and I absolutely hated it (I hated having no keyboard and having to use graffiti...but no more with the Treo!). I wasn't sure I was ready to go down that road again. Boy am I glad I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. -- Jose, CA
