When it comes to mobile phones, the most important aspect should be that it doesn't drop calls. Being that this is a Verizon phone, I've never had a call drop on me. With this phone, I've never had trouble hearing people, them hearing me, etc. But that's not to say I love this phone, simply because the design isn't attractive. It isn't too big, it isn't too small and it weighs not too light or heavy. I've dropped it once, maybe 2-3 feet on concrete and all I got were some scratches, no damage at all. Also, barely any glitches. I think for the past 2 years I've had this phone, I had to power off maybe less than 5 times to reboot the phone.
