It has pretty decent sounding external speakers for a speaker phone/mp3 player, but they aren't too loud. The headphones it comes with are good too, and people hear me clearly with the headset in it. My main complaint is the USB cable. It does come with it, but it doesn't have a driver install disk. I still haven't found a compatible driver for it, and Windows XP doesn't have the driver. I don't have Pro so maybe you Pro users will be in luck. Other than that darn driver this Samsung is an excellent phone and I would refer anyone too it. -- Joy

This phone is so much better than the phones I used to have. I used to have the Samsung a890 and this phone is better because it has music downloads and its easy to use. --- Mel H, OH
